Takuji Kashiwabara started the tourney with a loss against Roman Kraczyk but won all the other games. At least 8 players still have a chance to be in the top 4. The weather is beautiful and sunny and the players had a lot of fun during the barbecue party at lunchtime.

Takuji Kashiwabara wins the European Grand Prix Othello 2012. He has won the European Grand Prix series six times, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2006, 2011 and 2012 . Winner of 17 EGP tournaments. Second place for Nicky van den Biggelaar and third place for Michele Borassi.
Takuji is the only player that was present at all the 2012 EGP tourneys. Marc Tastet (FRA), Francesco Marconi (ITA), Roel Hobo (NLD) and Martin Fransen (NLD) played in 4 of the 6 tourneys. Congrats Takuji!!!! |
